There aren't enough words to express the way my family and I feel about Evan Marrow and Coldwell Banker American Homes. From the moment we started working with Evan, it didn't feel like a typical broker/seller relationship. There was an immediate connection and clear empathy for the task we were about to undertake... selling our family/childhood home. The house had been in our family for more than 60 years. It was bought and paid for by our grandparents’ blood sweat and tears to make sure they had something to leave for their children and grandchildren. So, for us, this was more than just selling a house. It was an emotional experience following the passing of our grandfather in 2021. Evan was there EVERY SINGLE step of the way. He was able to get us multiple offers immediately and the offer we accepted was more than we could have hoped for. Evan went above and beyond on many occasions to help my sister, and I navigate the complexities of selling a home. For that, we will be forever grateful. You will not find a better realtor, partner and friend than you will with Evan. He's a true "mensch"!
